Muddy February

Few friends and I were checking out some new trails a couple weekends ago. We got lucky and didn't get rained on, but so muddy.

Started in Santo Tomas. Tried some new trails from there to Erendria, wasn't that great. Then headed south from Erendria down the coast mountains on a new (to us) single track trail which was really good. Worked our way down the coast and stayed at Pirates Cove. Went up into the mountains from there and did the Sleeping Bag trail, which was a knockout. Stayed at the Old Mill. Last day worked our way back up the coast and did spiderweb canyon then headed home.

Single track was epic. But two track was a mess

Beach at bottom of Spider canyon. Finally figured out the wood structures are for filtering certain sizes of rocks. Also great beach chairs
