WHERE IS ESTERO EL CARDON..OYSTER PROBLEM
this past week, the L.A. TIMES reported problems of oysters from , the area in BAJA SUR created gastrointestinal problems from oysters in los angeles,
orange, santa barbara and san diego counties, norovirus and E coli.

An El Nino is predicted (70% chance) for this summer, warmer water, more bacteria.

By the way, psp is a problem in Alaska as well, and the water there is never warm....not even in Argust!

I was out there 2 years ago and bought some scallops. ran into a guy with a van.... he had freezers and permits to transport scallops and oysters to
So Cal. he then went straight to restaurants and sold out of the van.
