Private sale La Paz Very difficult to find

A good friend has agreed to sell her house in downtown La Paz. This is an established large lot with a small house on it. The area is quietly residential and very hard to find. 5 million pesos. The price is very fair but not cheap. We live in a similar spot and the access to everything superb about La Paz is outstanding. It took a friend two years to find a similar spot. If you look to settle in La Paz you will be delighted. Not interested in trades or agents. U2U if interested.

Long story, high emotions, lost loved ones, stress etc. etc. A realtor would have a field day writing the ad for this place.
