Solar and trucked up the hill there. The town does have power and water but not up there. Yet. The place is exploding.

The fact that the area is a premier wind sports destination should give you an idea of the weather you may expect in the winter. The rest of the year
you won't see a sole, they're under a flat rock.

Actually in the summer the fishing is really good. Baja Joe's one of the biggest hotels stays open year round for the fly fishermen. I live next door.
David is right, its not a tourist town its a sports town. I love it.
