Solar and trucked up the hill there. The town does have power and water but not up there. Yet. The place is exploding.

The fact that the area is a premier wind sports destination should give you an idea of the weather you may expect in the winter. The rest of the year you won't see a sole, they're under a flat rock.

I was there in August 2017. Beautiful beaches, great weather, NO tourist people!

Actually in the summer the fishing is really good. Baja Joe's one of the biggest hotels stays open year round for the fly fishermen. I live next door.
David is right, its not a tourist town its a sports town. I love it.
