Baja Nomad should have a separate "Road to Gonzaga Road Conditions" forum.

It gets asked often enough.

There is a seperate Baja Road Conditions forum here on Nomad...

Is anyone going to cancel their Baja vacation because someone says a road is rough?

If dirt roads scare you, then Baja probably isn't the place to vacation...

If dirt roads excite you and the prospect of using four wheel drive makes it more fun, then Baja is the place for you!

This is an example of a Baja Nomad having fun... taken two years ago on Easter Vacation, of 'chicagoross' driving down the 'Widow Maker' a mile and a half from Mision Santa Maria.

The cameras are there! The control room (picture below) has already been placed in operation at Punta Final, that way they can swing the camera, from the road around to the port, to check moorage availablity, in addition to traffic.
