this is the talk of the town this week and word on the street it is going to be pretty hard to implement it. For example here in our village, the hospital doesnt have a big enough budget as it is to provide care for it's paying patients let alone open up free health care for everyone. I heard the hospital wont do it. I cant imagine how they are going to pay for it!
