Dialing to Catavina from Tucson

Hello Nomads. I want to make reservations at the Mission Hotel in Catavina, and have the following phone number that is not working. I think I am missing a prefix. Any suggestions?

01-200-12-49-123

Thanks in advance!

Isn't the code of Mexico 52?

Let me check their Facebook page... yep, you are missing the country code:

Here is the English website: https://www.misionsantamariahoteles.com/catavina-E.html

[I see the phone number given there that the country code is missing!]

That's why one should call the day before your reservation date to confirm it. I do that anywhere I travel, USA and Canada included. Get the name of the person you talked to helps too.

I share the same concerns, but have a confirmation code and an email. Fingers crossed. Otherwise, it's off to the Pink Palace we go!

You can make reservations using their Facebook page, too, via Messenger. I can speak a little Spanish but have trouble hearing Spanish when spoken (too fast for this old brain). Google translate is a fabulous tool for those of us with this affliction.
