No hotels open now. Governor closed all businesses except health, grocery stores etc. considered vital to stay open.
Mexicans are NOT happy about tourists so I recommend staying away until further notice.
Welcome to the forum! If you "search" for information, you will find enough to keep you reading for weeks!

What Blanca said ...
However, if you are simply planning for a future trip, after the pandemic has passed, look at the Baja trip reports forum here on Nomad.
If you tell us what you are driving (4WD?) and what you are interested in seeing, camping or motels, we can help better.

Almost EVERYTHING is shutting down till the end of April (at least). The government is imposing strict guidelines, ie. stay home.
Like Blanca said, extranjeros, foreigners, are not welcome here right now.

The border is closed. Even if you manage to sneak through, the beaches are closed in many places and there are block-posts on the roads to some towns.
Nobody knows when the epidemic ends. Re-visit the subject in a few months.

Stay home, like the governments of USA and Mexico advise. Be a team player.
