Roadblocks at Guadalupe

My boy just returned from a week with his wife's family in Guadalupe.
There was a road block right at the top of the hill at Sordo Mudo, right where you are looking directly into Francisco Zarko.
He had a lengthy interrogation, finally convinced them that it was family, not a tourist visit.
Later in the week he just took a dirt road around it, so he didn't have to go through the interviews.
Mid-week, no one manning the blockade (obviously looking for tourists)
Did not take his temp.
He said that there is also a blockade on the road coming in from El Tigre, from the Libre below La Mision, but he did not go that route.
He did go in and out of Ensenada a couple times from Guadalupe, and no problem.
The Rancho Poiema rehab center where we help out did not want visitors coming on property. They requested he leave some things we sent down right at the gate.
