San Felipe Rentals ?

I am a retired middle age man on a fixed income and was wondering if it is conceivable to rent a 1 BR apartment in San Felipe or surrounding area for around $100.00 USD. No children or pets. I would appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks--Lester
