HOUSE IN BAHIA ASUNCIÓN

SOLD!

Our house is up for sale again! It is situated directly beachfront about a 15-minute walk from La Bufadora Inn. There is a 180º view of the water, and all of you know what the fishing is like there.
The water view is 180º and the only land in front of the house is the Federal zone.

You may call me on my Mexican cell number 01152 615 111 0709

I will contact those of you who had expressed an interest via U2U in the last few months.

For those who may wish to rent it for a while, it will be available for rent as well.

Your killing me! I rode down and looked at it in March just after it sold, what happened? This is an amazing location and the house looks really good. What are the details and price, can't remember if it was owned or leased? I retire next year and the wife is talking about taking a drive from Nor cal...

I wish I had gone with my "Gut' feelings, and jumped on the opportunity, I doubt that I will ever have a better one!

I appreciated the honesty you displayed with me about the problems with the title, and since I know nothing about Mexico legal procedures, I asked for advice from others in Baja. I wish I had ignored it, since the buyers were able to get it figured out.

Someone got a heck of a place at a good price, I'll probably regret not buying it as well! I think we are going to stick with renting for a while.
