In "snow country" the trucks carry chains, and know when to put them on. What do you think the chances are that any trucks crossing over the Rumorosa grade can chain up?

Of course, almost any other vehicle on the grade can take you out as well. Even in the best winter driving vehicle, and a lifetime of experience in snow country, you always have to ask yourself "Is this trip necessary?".




If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!
