Well, I am glad I got to know a different Mexico instead of one that is looking more like any American city!

Near the El Cortez was an off track and sports betting place, maybe there?
San Felipe is transforming into its own municipality, breaking away from Mexicali, so they can make their own codes.

Yes. Been there for several years.
It has been closed due to covid. Do not know it it is now open.
It is across the street from the justice center just south of the Malecon.
