can't upload images
When posting to this thread the portion of the page to upload images no longer appears. I tried it on multiple browsers. Neither the Attachment nor
the Multi-Attach shows up.

You need to post your images, on the classified ads forum, using a photo hosting site, like Postimages.org or a photo from another website. Not every
forum on Nomad has the attachment option.

Click Preview Post, then you can add images.

Apparently, that post category does not allow images to be uploaded, which is an admin option I believe. I've seen it before. You'll need to put the
images on some photo server and link to them using the [ img ] bb code.

That thread started with images. So, you mean that the author can post images but all the respond can't do it?

He didn't upload the photos to this site. He uploaded the pics to a photo hosting site and linked them here.
Quote his post or any of mine that has a picture and you will see the command to use. Postimages.org is the best photo hosting site by a wide margin.

Igor, do you understand now? Not all images are posted on Nomad using the Nomad attachments option, which is not available on some forums here. That
option requires photos on your PC to be under 342 kb. Not so, when using a hosting website>>>
Postimages.org is free and very easy... You only need to make one adjustment before uploading photos to it, for Nomad posting.
*Click on the selection that reads "Do not resize my image" and change to "800x600" (which is the max image size on Nomad) or smaller.
*Then select "Hotlink for forums" of the many types of links for your photo.

I've been posting here for 15 years so yes, I'm aware of posting from host sites. What I didn't notice is that all the images on this thread were of
that nature. I'm sure Doug has reasons to not provide uploads on certain forums. Probably related to the cost of disk space.
