Sea of Cortez and Pacific Sunset/Sunrise photos

Pic one of my best MX friends sent me tonight. A top harbor/anchorage on the Sea of Cortez. And where Hook calls home for much of the year.

3 hour boat ride NE from Punta Chivato. Very similar vibe as Loreto.

What a gorgeous photo!!
Looks like San Carlos to me. The "Tetas de Cabra" are the giveaway....

I had the pleasure of living there for 3 years back in the 80's....and the fishing was pretty decent, too.

But Loreto has my heart. :dudette:

Why Mexico?

For those who say “Why Mexico?” Compare this bar to a picture of people running from the sound of gunshots or a canceled ball game in D.C.!

Beach Bar at San Pedrito Beach Pescadero BCS. The sun goes down there every day. Each one you miss is one less you have!
