Banorte Trust Payment

In the past i would email Enrique at Banorte to confirm my trust payment had not change and after I paid it using Ulink, he would confirm receipt.

Does anyone have a contact at Banorte for this? preferable an email address?

Thanks

Your bank trust payments don''t "change"-- there is nothing to confirm in that regard. The yearly payment is stated in the trust contract and isn't subject to alteration.

Trust info #2

Found this from a prior post:

Not sure if these three are no longer with Banorte or what, however I was finally able to find an email address that went through and I got a response and my questions answered. If anyone whos trust is with Banorte is having similar problems reaching them this year, here is the email contact that worked for me-

Banorte Trust Payment Follow Up

Banorte responded and the rate went up:

Regarding your trust, for the period from Oct-2021 to Oct-2022 the due amount is $ 574.20 USD. This is your first increase, 3 years more this will be the amount you will pay.

I think it states $525. So, can they just change the amount?

Obviously they just did. No way to know if it's "legal" without reading the contract. There may be some clause about increments related to inflation or some such.

That's correct, the contract will state somewhere how the annual fee increases are determined. Think about it. Would a bank make a contract that doesn't increase its annual maintenance fee for 50 years? Nope.

What you need to watch out for is an annual fee stated in US dollars tied to the Mexican inflation rate. Slimey banksters.

I think that is because only Gringos have Fideicomisos. No Mexican citizen will have a fideicomiso.

Am I the only one that finds it weird that the fees are in USD$ in the first place? :?:

I found my trust and it states it can go up no more than 10% in 4 yrs.

And when i did the math, it was exactly 10%.

I have had a fideicomiso with Banorte since 2006. The payment due has never changed.
