Needing info on obtaining general concession

We are looking to obtain general concession for the federal maritime zone in front of our house. Does anyone have experience in doing this? What are the first steps? Has anyone done this on their own or is it best to use a notario? Thanks in advance.

A concession is filed for recreational or commercial use of property above the federal zone, usually connected to your property, but is an option for adjacent property where property owner concession is abandoned. The concession is most always filed with Profepa. A person posing as an agent as no role, ability or influence to help. Identify the location with survey and go to Profepa.
