La Paz grocery open on Easter Sunday?

We are arriving in La Paz on the Saturday before Easter for a sea kayak trip. Our plan was to buy food for the trip on Sunday, but that day is Easter. Will stores be open that day? Thank you.

I was here when it happened.

all bigger companies bring experienced crews from mainland for construction
Home Depot, OXXO, Walmart

skill level of the local trade is one of the lowest I have ever seen

"Choyeros", (BCS natives), are not known for either their motivation or their abanileria, (masonry), skills. The first being a trait many cherish calling this home. Culturally we are way more laid back here than most of the Republic, and known for that.
