Southbound San Ysidro
Just thought of something else. We will be driving back down through the San Ysidro crossing on the return next week. Now that we are Permanent
Residents of Mx, I can't remember if there are designated lanes for Mx citizens or permanent residents? Or should we just use the gringo lanes as we
will have our new bikes behind us? Red Flags? They are dirt bikes so they won't have registration. We will have all the correct title work of course.

that can be a problem what state you bring them from . The last thing they want to see is title. As then they think you sell the dirt bike in Mexico.
Yes I do know many states have no reg for dirt bike. Like stupid CA. Have a friend in CA 2022 dirt bike red sticker he did get it across border once.
Was told your logged in now you cannot bring it back to Mexico. without reg current. what I did on my dirt bike. Got it reg in south Dakota just to
make it more easy to get back in Baja. I live here 24/7 drive plated Baja Mex truck. Last time to cross TJ south . Bike in back sent me to revision
gal asked in Spanish reg card moto. Thinking Im mexican because truck lic plate I gave her reg card. She checked S Dakota plate then asked truck reg
card . Know confused ask again i need your driver lic. So for fun I gave my Mex DL haha she said OHHH. Your Mexican pass. You need more info on this
send me PM.

There are no special lanes PR, Mex citizens or anybody else. Only at SY pedestrian East they have a fast lane for Mexicans, meaning you have to WALK
.

Just remember to stay to the far right after you get through the inspection booths to get to the toll road south, otherwise you'll be headed for
downtown TJ.

They like to call the toll road, the "scenic road" otherwise it's Mexico #1-D (Cuota=toll). No city traffic except for the merge at the bottom of the
steep grade before you reach the coast (Playas de Tijuana).

Arn't dirt bikes in CA registered as green sticker which comes with registration papers. Red sticker is a race bike. I could be wrong since I got rid
of my bikes about 10 years ago. With age comes a cage.

I did a google search and found this.
The Green Sticker indicates vehicles allowed to operate on public lands open to motor vehicles all year. The Red Sticker is issued to motorcycles and
ATVs model year 2003 through 2021 that do not meet the emission standards established by the California Air Resources Board (ARB).
