There's some pretty vile people (BTW, not just Americans) who've been caught hiding out in Mexico.
Like Keith Ranier, who was caught in the PuertoVallarta area, and recently sentenced to 120 years in prison for
Sex trafficking
Attempted sex trafficking
Sex trafficking conspiracy
Racketeering conspiracy
Forced labor conspiracy
Wire fraud conspiracy
Racketeering

Not sure who caught him.

A very interesting article and a fun read. Glad to see Mexico sending a message to the lawbreakers who think they can come into their country and go unnoticed and escape prosecution.
