Hotel recommendation - Otay Mesa area

We need to renew our SENTRI and have an in person interview in Otay Mesa early August - 6:30 a.m. - Downtown San Diego isn't a bad drive that time of the morning - half hour maybe - but we'd like to be closer to the Border Patrol office - suggestions?

Imperial Beach or San Ysidro will get you closer. I-5 to 905. There is a Motel 6 in San Ysidro that's in good shape.

A fair amount of hotels to choose from in Chula Vista…

Staged at La Quinta in Chula Vista couple years ago. 5 a.m. wake up to guitar play and singing. Knocked on the room next door and 3 young MX are playing guitar and surprised I'm at their door at 5 a.m.

They invited me in to join them, I declined. Interesting place.

F*ck it.
