At least in north Baja you will never have a problem . Driving US plated car with PR. Law or not haha I asked my Mex cop amigo. He said we have more things to worry about. Also had no clue about this Im driving Us plated trucks 15 years. Next door to me 40 years driving US plated trucks w PR
