Papagayo in Ensenada

It's been maybe 10 years since we were there; very funky and not in a good way.
They have really spruced everything up, the grounds and the rooms have been remodeled and now it's good funky. The bar is now an open air affair, good craft beers on tap and a decent wine selection. Very nice walking path along the water, good for a first-light morning stroll. Rooms have micro, refer, drip coffee maker, flat screen TV and strong weefee signal. They have waterfront units as well.
Pass if you're a Conrad Hilton Resort type only, but if you smoked a lot of pot in the 60s it's a good place.
$1850 NP so around $100 'merican.

The Sweedish lady who ran the place back in the day was a hoot.
It was our families go to place thru the 60 & 70's. before the harbor was built.
Lots of good times after a days fishing on the "DeeDee"
