Mex #3 condition

Drove from Guadalupe valley to San Felipe 7/12. Lotsa pothole repair and repaving going on. It was still kinda bad on the segment from where the libramiento de Ensenada ends thru the hills down to the flats maybe 30k. I was averaging 110 kph in the straight sections as always. Took a little over 3 hours.

Update

Towed a small boat west on Mex 3 today. ( San Felipe to Ensenada) The road is currently in great shape from the Gulf to the check point. Very few potholes. West of the check point there are a few spots to watch out for but much better than a few months back.
