Tall metal guard towers outside San Felipe


What's the story on those tall metal guard towers (recently reinforced with new lumber) along the road coming east on the Las Cuevitas/El Dorado road just outside of San Felipe?

Someone said they are making a movie over there. It might be props for the cameras, etc.
