iPhone/Verizon service in Todos Santos or local SIM Card?

We'll be in TS this December. My new unlocked iPhone 6s has a removable Verizon SIM card. Will I be able to use it as is in TS, or do I need to get a local SIM card? If so, can I get it in TS, or do I have to look for it in Cabo and/or La Paz? Or should I just sign up for Verizon's Global Service

Does anyone have experience with Verizon in general in TS?

Thanks for any replies!
