One of the saddest things I have heard in a long time.

Come visit La Bocana

And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by those moments that take our breath away.

Thankfully they got them. Maybe the road will be a little safer for a while.I like how quickly confessions are extracted once the suspects are apprehended.

sad- travellers' worst nightmare

Yeah, quickest ballistic results I've ever heard of in Mexico. This was the first I'd heard that the victims were shot first.

Insert Captain Renault's line from Casablanca here..............

Maybe; suspiciously efficient police work. Just as likely they're scapegoats to satisfy international opinion.

Gang of 5, not related to cartels... quick, efficient police work...

Sacrificial idiots? whatever. Another good reason not to go to Mexico. I am vacationing in Hawaii this year.

Not really. But then, the average tourist believes MX is a dangerous place. I, personally, wouldn't be hanging in Sinaloa but that's me. This crime could happen anywhere including The Baja. Low level thugs preying on tourists.

Yeah Hawaii is great and in the United States. No place like home.

US Marines: providing enemies of America an opportunity to die for their country since 1775.

What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.

Good idea! I'll just load up my dog and camp stuff, and drive there!

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!
