Where can I take a laptop and find public WIFI? I know Splash has it. What other places? Thanks.

I have found it many places and not kept track... and that's just on the boulevard. There are many cafe's on the side streets and in the
neighborhoods with internet access. Particularly around the schools! Find a school, and there will be internet access nearby.

I have been told that MacDonalds has WIFI worldwide and so far it's worked every time, even from the parking lot. No purchase necessary!
