Cults come in many shapes and sizes. Cults are used by creative people to fleece the masses. It's all legal. It will never change.

You got the tivinds and their "charity" building vacation palaces for the leaders in Baja.

You got scientologists, Catholics, Presbyterians, baptists, Muslims, etc... All run by people using fairy tails to drum up dollars and support from their flocks

They call them flocks for a reason. Dumb herd animals will follow just about anything.

You got the Chargers and Padres fleecing the San Diego numbot sports fans to give them a free stadiums in San Diego.

You got trump rounding up the uneducated to vote for and and donate to his nationalistic hate movement.

You got the NRA creating a cult of small-dicked gun worship for no reason but to make gun mfgs richer and at same time give republicans a false message to spin their own fleecing of donors,...

Some of the religious and closed cults are a bit more palatable as they keep to themselves and rarely seek to spread political power.

The locals must have a reasons for tolerating a weirish secretive cult in Baja. What is the reason? It all comes down to money.

How abhorrent that funds would be diverted like this! I sure am glad that someone finally decided to speak up.

Todos Santos has its own Ukulele Club. If you don't think that's a cult, you've been tiptoeing in the tulips a bit too long.
