2 Bedrooms, 1 bath, storage,full kitchen,ceiling foamed,tile bath,large parking space,air conditioner,electric,town sewer-water,water irrigation. Owner title, no flooding. Furnisher at is or not furnisher.
The house is located back to the elementary school in town.
Asking $50,000 USD.

The house has some updates, besides the water irrigation, there is a water tank (rotoplas),installed bars windows and doors, the size of the land its 486.00m2. The tax cost average its $40 USD per year, water 10 per month,electric it depend how long its on and the bill its each two months.
The light house its approx 2 miles from the house.

Dameworth, a word of friendly advice. Place a Baja craiglist ad with LOTS of lookie-loo pics and pertinent info; easier there than here by far. Then post your craiglist ad here where all the tire-kickers can peruse to their hearts' content. Most of the Nomaniacs are just passing time at your expense; however, there are a few 'fish in the sea' here that do bite as well. Might include geo. coordinates for the google earth crowd too.... Good luck on your sale!

Maybe as opposed to a fideicomiso. Just a guess. If this is where I think it is (elementary school near the town entrance) it's in a nice (no flood) place. But I'm partial to Mulege, it's such a perfect little Mexican oasis town. Everything you need and not much more.
