Is there any chance that a Veterinarian could scan the cat for a chip? There may be a link to contact them.

Thank you all for your response's. I believe he was heading to Mulege,Bahia Concepcion area. He said he had a motorhome stored down there and uses his pickup/camper for traveling down. We will have a scan for a chip today
