Roll over accident in Los Cabos
This Canadian rolled his Lamborghini in Los Cabos, killing his passenger. He apparently has no legal immigration status. Make sure you have yours.

That has always been my position, some here proudly brag not
having legal Immigration status while SOB, never did understand
that, definately irresponsible, suggesting that indeference is appopriate.
Whatever will happen to this guy, I would not want to be
asked for Imm documents and not be able to produce them

It is so darn easy here compared to the US. I honestly think it is just terrible that all don't have their proper immigration papers!

Shame about the passenger. I would never take my Lamborghini to Baja.

Not with a passenger anyway. And certainly I would have my immigration forms up to date.

You can't make the beach better... just more expensive.
It amazes me how stupid people are able to get so much money...
Lambos are for the racetrack... not Cabo or Newport Beach or any other beach for that matter.
But that won't stop rich aholes from trying to show off.
Sorry about the passenger... tragic and unnecessary. And sadly predictable.

Perhaps it is not not what it seems. The driver apparntly has a successful business history in Cabo for a couple of decades and also in LA...

Because decadent rich aholes are above the law. Someone died horribly from his gross negligence but he'll buy his way out of it.

Speed kills
The passenger learned this.
The driver probably did not learn this. I bet he is already blaming someone else.

I doubt based on the description that she had time to learn anything.

The man obviously has talent and is successful which explains why he has money. That usually comes with hard work. His bio says he is a designer which
is probably why he appreciates the beauty of a car like the Lamborghini, and can afford to own one. There are numerous rollovers in Baja in all kinds
of vehicles and probably not all by "rich buttcracks".
I seem to remember posts by one of the main detractors posting here judging this individual and boasting about himself driving 100mph in Baja.
He screwed up and will pay the price for the accident, and seems to be guilty of the seemingly unforgivable crime of ignoring immigration.

seems this wasn't a first for this guy
It is revealing that overseas a Canadian national who crashed his sports car Lamborghini, where he died his young companion, has an order of location
and arrest since early this year, precisely because of driving under the influence of drugs and drunk, issued by a County judge San Diego, on charges
made by him in October 2013 in the M175564 record.
According to the data released by the site METROPOLIS , Robert Jan Neijmeijer was the one who was driving irresponsble way the sport utility vehicle,
which crashed near the gas station Cerro Colorado, where he died violently architect Rosalinda Contreras Saavedra night last Wednesday.
The alien is admitted to the hospital H + of Cerro Colorado and witnesses of this accident, yet not explained how he survived the strong impact also
regrettable that the woman has practically torn apart as the car and had to use 12 hours to find all the remains.
Metropolis adds that the July 14, 2013, Robert Jan Neijmeijer had already starred in a crash while driving a sport utility vehicle BMW, accompanied by
their young children Maxima and Robert, and their workers business Atlantic House, Jenna Hamilton and Zaira mirror.
It is mentioned that this Canadian has overcome its FM2 visa, so not explained why the Institute of Migration has not intervened. Although it believed
to be by influences which led, as his lawyer, Eduardo Pineda, is the husband of the sub delegate of the Interior Ministry in Baja California Sur.
Possible charges will be formulated by the shock can be "negligent homicide", which would lead to never set foot in jail for this.
