Your unique and/or remote house in Baja Sur

We own and manage a few homes for short term stays, outside a remote National Park in the US desert Southwest.
This will be our third year returning to Baja Sur for an extended stay with our three year old son, and are seeking a work exchange situation to help make your unique or remote home ready for short term stays.
My husband is a semi-retired building contractor who specializes in historic ranches and adobe construction.
Before motherhood I was an expedition guide in the Grand Canyon and other wilderness areas.
We currently own and operate two adobe homes successfully on Airbnb. We also manage a large adobe home in a remote location, built into a mountainside.
We love Baja Sur and have traveled extensively through the matrix of dirt roads and tiny villages in our land cruiser.
We wish to connect more with local communities, which is why we are seeking work exchange. We are not seeking employment, only a one or two week commitment in exchange for lodging and basic hospitality.
Our areas of interest include the coast between Loreto and La Paz, the mountainous regions of Baja Sur, and the East Cape.
We are available the month of March, are Spanish speakers and have spent many years living and traveling in Mexico. We love the land and culture, and wish to share this love with our young son.
