Chinese immigrants were popped in a trunk at San ysidro. Turns out the woman were pregnant and the "coyote" was the son of Pepe Aguilar.

No kidding! The US will be saving billions on public assistance, medical, public schools! Let the Canadians have them...they have an over loaded
social medical system as it is!

I think you are confusing issues. This is about "vacationers" not coming to the US. They don't use "billions on public assistance, medical, public
schools."
These are Mexican tourists who have the money to get a visa approved, and who come to visit, shop, see sights, and then go back to their lives in
Mexico.
There's a vetting process to get a visa (that does not yet include "'much worse than water boarding." I suspect very few overstay their visas and
become a public charge.
I know that in the case of my wife's family members from Poland, we had to provide a personal guarantee that we would be personally and financially
responsible for them and that they wouldn't become a personal charge. I don't know if there is a similar thing for Mexico, but it wouldn't surprise
me.

The no-visa rules are not specific to the purpose of crossing the border, i.e., a Mexican on vacation, rather, crossing the border generally.

Canada is in interesting territory at the moment. They are in the midst of a huge housing bubble that will pop at some point. They are attracting
quite a bit of foreign investors and continuing to rip open those tar sands. Their currency is not strong. There is a concerted effort to bring in
tourists, I've received my free Canadian parks pass in the mail and will consider a trip north this summer. Still wondering how long that real estate
bubble will continue to inflate.

Oh, the irony of Mexicans heading towards Canada, while half the Canadians are desperate to spend six months OUTSIDE of Canada every year. High taxes,
high costs of good and services and LOW temperatures will do that to you.
Hey, someone's got to pay for all those "free" park passes and "free" medical care.

I find it interesting that a few posts go right to the hateful bigotry of what Breitbart tells us Mexicans are. Like it isn't even possible a Mexican
citizen could afford to travel for vacation. Seriously people, some Mexicans come here to work but they go home when they can. Many of the illegal
border ... never mind, deaf ears. My band wagon is too big.
