If you want to read the article you must type in f u k on the *** in the htt/line, otherwise it doesn't come up thanks to the protective editing this
site has for our delicate eyes.
Oh and yes, thanks Japan.... nuclear issues of 'clean energy' will never be resolved. It has to be banned and terminated. This disaster proves
beyond a shadow of a doubt it only takes one catastrophic failure of one energy source to compromise the planet. This is only the tip of the iceberg
of thousands of years of problems from the Daiichi reactor, not to mention Chernobyl... and of course our own lady-in-waiting, the Hanford site. Not
if, but when. Man's stupidity to his environment; just use up what you have and what you know before investigating what could and will happen....
but then again, i'm sure some here will say we don't do anything BAD to our world, right???

Thanks, BG..... but different article with different slant to things.... the usual 'alternative facts' put out by professional spin doctors on BOTH
sides of the coin. All to be seen in the production of future facts, including the 'flat-earth' thinkers and the 'no nukes' crowd, que no?

I am with Woody and it's been good all week.
What I do not understand is how all this Daiichi reactor spilling is good for the world. If it was so harmless why did we ever try to contain it?
This is a major cluster "F" in so many ways including the spin coming from Japan.

Was a replica of a So. Pacific sailing vessel, that recently
completed a around the world voyage. Their mantra is
'Malama Honua' meaning 'care for the earth', sounds
good to me

Eventually electro magnetic rail guns will be hurtling the Earth's nuclear waste into the Sun where that energy source first came from. Standby until
then it seems.
BTW, Somehow the French do a fine job with Nuclear. Where do they put their waste or is it all reprocessed?
BTW, the Japanese played SDGE and we got sold the SONG turbines that led to their demise. SDGE now wants to entomb the waste onsite at San Onofre, can
anyone say rising sea levels

My plan is to keep watching this continuing disaster. This past February they measured the highest radiation fields ever at Unit 2, that's six years
after the accident. Three reactor cores melted into molten masses known as corium. They don't know where any of the cores are although it is assumed
they are still in the reactor vessels; however, one theory is reactor 2's core has breached its containment vessel, hence the new, highest ever
radiation measurements.
Oh, one more thing, I'm not going to eat any pickled seaweed from Japan.

I worked at San Onofre Nuke Station for parts of 25 yrs.,
nothing terribly technical, SDGE, was a minority holder
at S Onofre like 20%, So Cal Edison was the operator,
with 80%, it was not turbines that were bought from
Mitsubishi, it was 2 replacement steam generators,
costing 750 mil, which started showing premature wear from
the get go. SCE went with the cheapest bid to build them, Mitsubishi
