For a minute there I thought that he had some merit to what he said--especially after JR chimed in.

You may find this difficult to believe David, but I honestly thought MeNo was through with his shenanegans. I could be wrong however. I suppose Doug
is the only one that really knows.
One thing is for sure, Bernie does not comprehend the written word sometimes or has trouble taking posts in the proper context, mainly, negative.
Why you feel the need to be arbitrator or interpretor is also a mystery to me. Do you know him that well?
Maybe thats' why you passionately defend him. I would understand that ok provided you already know his comprehension, or lack thereof perhaps.

I have never seen such good examples of folks being on different wavelengths--------which tends to prove that the written word, without being able to
see any emotion, is a poor way to communicate, and we all should realize it and lighten up on each other-----me included.
If we were standing eyeball to eyeball, this misunderstanding would not happen.
