These rigs where tuff but the big time weakness the overdrive trans. We would trash the trans put in turbo 400 trans good to go.

These campers were generally put in the "Chinook" category. The design made alot of sense for wind resistance and were lightish in weight. Really
early gen 1 Toyota pickups had this Chinook design. To me they have Baja offroad written all over them. Doesnt seem to be anything made in this sort
for many  years now. I like em alot.
