 Kevin is actually great.  He has restricted all the quad, razors, jet skis.  It was getting out of control.  The place is back to it's quiet self.
 
 I never thought I would sell, but we now live in southern Baja.  It's a bit of a hall to use like we used to.
 
 We love the place and the people and will always come back to visit.
