 So true.
I probably only need most of those things...

Ok. I have a good one. And the timing is right too.
I will visit my camp in San Quintin in about 3 weeks. So a little paperwork for the camp and running around town some.
Jadines, Old Mill, Santa Maria Hotel etc
And then Catavina and hope to see the desert in full bloom. I haven't seen that for a while.
But remember as one of the best things I have ever seen.
Indiscribable. One must see it to really... understand

Pacific ocean breeze is great.........in the dead of summer and fall. Even San Quintin must have the record for overcast days at any season, except
maybe GN. The sun in Mexico is what it's all about.

You need TWO places. A summer/fall place and a winter/spring place.

Man, I could not abide the wet, grey days of San Quintin for long. And the ocean is rarely comfortably swimmable.

Mulege in winter/spring, San Quintin (if you must) in summer/fall.

Am I mistaking you for someone else or were you invested in El Pedregal at one time? Or is that a sore subject? El Pedregal might be the coldest,
wettest part of San Quintin.

Did I mention that I have a runway and will soon have a humble little airplane for sun seeking and stuff.
And I' m finding out where all the sunny runways are too.
