It appears that a day is not 24 hours long in Baja
Or so it would seem.
We entered Baja at Tijuana a week ago Thursday about noon. My daughter & son-in-law got a 7 day fmm. We returned this past Thursday, well before
noon at the east Mexicali POE.
I had assumed that since we used the clock time of noon, as long as we returned before noon on Thursday the 7 day fmm would not be expired. I was
wrong.
Since it's really easy to return the fmm at Mexicali east, they drove over, turned them in and were promptly informed that the fmm was expired by a
day.
Trying to give our view that before noon, that the 8th day hadn't started didn't fly. So $30 later per fmm and we were sent on our way.
Live and learn.

You got spanked for making the extra effort to turn it in. Meanwhile, a new thread going around the Internet this week claims the free one no longer
needs to be returned!
So, since you paid the 180-day amount do you have them to use again?

"never get involved in a land war in Asia" - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line"!

Woke!

Do we really need political sniping here?
Please leave the Trump/Giuliani bashing for The View and CNN, and to be fair, leave the cheerleading for Fox News.
