Campo Delfines

Campo Defines is 65 miles from San Felipe and 15 miles North of Gonzaga Bay. Our family camp for the the last 19 years. The location is on a sandy bluff about a hundred yards from the water. 30' x 30' concrete slab with wood structure/roof. 1977 Airstream International Trailer, 30 feet, very comfortable inside. Includes 4x4 Ranger and Bronco (not running). Storage trailer w air compressor and small generator. Solar system runs the lights and pump inside the Airstream. ****** I only have a bill of sale for the 3 lots,no Notary or other docs, something will probably have to be worked out with the owner of the camp, I pay no rent.

I'd like to get 20K, jim@seawestproperties.com

Where do you get your water from, what do you do with your garbage? Is the land owner on site year around?

Owner has a well and he pumps it into my tank.
I burn my trash or take it with me.
The owner is not on site over the summer.

Located about 34 miles south of Puertecitos and closer to 85 miles south of San Felipe (not 65), see it here on the 2010 AAA map. I had a plumbing customer in the 1990s who was building a home at Delfines and really liked it there. He also had a home at Campo La Joya (Km. 32.5) south of San Felipe. Last I heard he gave up one of the places... that was long ago, now.
