Need a recommendation for something amazing

Hi again folks, it's me again, the newbie!
Thank you to everyone who has made suggestions so far.
This request is specific. I have 6 days between Jan 3 when I leave Playa Los Cerritos and Jan 8 when I need to be back in TJ. I don't know what to do! I could certainly revisit some of the places I visited on the way down (Ensenada, San Quentin, Guerrero Negro, Mulege, La Paz) or I could visit some new places. But I'm wondering if there's a multi-day experience I can't miss. For example, should I go off the grid in Isla Natividad? I don't really like seafood (I know) but it might be an incredible experience to stay there for a few days off the grid. I really don't know! Any suggestions for a worthwhile longer experience so I don't have to keep moving from place to place every day or two. Thanks in advance!

What type of vehicle do you have.

What's your offloading experience? Anyone with you?

the central Pacside coast is alluring this time of year...warmer than folks expect. There are lots of beautiful pristine beaches to explore & friendly locals to meet. Stop by our place in Bahia Asuncion and I can dial you into some secret spots and loan you a kayak to paddle to the Island in front here...a 20 minute paddle and it is a virtual aquarium there where you can play with sea lions, watch the sea life in shallow water, turtles, fish and lots of nesting seabirds etc...and maybe dolphins and whales. Maybe explore fossil valley and San Roque nearbye. The highway in from Vicaino is perfect and only an hour off the main highway but a world away like stepping back in time to old Baja.
