In our case 35 year old record still on the FBI fingerprint file even though there was no other record of it. They wanted something official from the
arresting county. right...what a joke. record came up after finger print check.

On a related topic, Canada has ten year period with no offenses before a person can be deemed 'rehabilitated', and is admissible for entry.
Important to know, is that is from the end of any judicial proceedings, not the date of the offense!
In my case it was several months before my court date, a short community service period, a fine, and a three years informal probation (no reporting or
supervision). Therefore, thirteen and a half years before being "deemed rehabilitated"
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

Don't forget past civil judgments, felony arrests, misdemeanor convictions, history of being a deadbeat Dad, Tax Liens, negative past TSA encounters,
Meghan's law DB hit, Medical marijuana DB hit......

Once your prints are in the FBI database, I guess they stay there.

I will like to apply for a sentri pass, will I have any chance to get it if I have a DUI like 18 years ago?
