Diesel Gas Available?
Hi, driving down to Seven Sisters area in a couple of days and wondering if anyone has seen Diesel gas for sale in Catavina, Bay of LA turnoff or
Santa Rosalita?

I haven't checked in awhile, but the guy selling from jerry cans at Cataviña did have diesel, too. It wouldn't surprise me if the L.A. Bay jcn had
some too.
Your safe option is to top off at the Baja Cactus Pemex in El Rosario and have extra cans yourself.

If you go with the bringing your own cans route, be sure they are empty when you cross southbound.

You can sometimes get it by the side of the road. Most times, it is available at one of the Pemex's in BoLA.
Bring a couple extra cans and fill them up in San Felipe or El Rosario.
In a pinch, and paying a premium, you will always be able to find some. I have a diesel and have ran quite low a couple times at the Seven Sisters.

I have done that before with my F250 Super Duty. Fill up in El Rosario and have at least 15 gallons in cans.
When you go North from Rosalillaita to 7 sisters are you returning back the same way you came in?
After that answer maybe David K can give you mileage distance for your trip
also maybe on the way down check with the gas guy in Catavina and LA Bay turnoff.
On the way back you also have the option of going into LA Bay to get Diesel but I think thats 40 miles in from Hwy 1

The entire San Quintín to Guerrero Negro section of the road guide (including Seven Sisters and L.A. Bay side trips) is posted in the Road Conditions
forum (along with other sections)... Here that one is: http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=91898
