If it doesn’t require a picture hosting account I can do it! What are the “super easy instructions“?

Well, it does if you want to keep the photos at their high resolution... www.postimages.org is FREE and easy. You only need to set the RESIZE option to 800 pixel or less. If you want to directly upload to Nomad, the
file size must be dropped to 342 kb or less if it is greater than that.
Barring those options, email the images to me (info @ vivabaja.com).

I have these instructions at the top of the Nomad Photos forum:
Go to www.Postimages.org, make an album if you want to organize your photos to find them easily in the future (by date or by subject). No cost to use
Postimages.org.
Change the upload setting from "Do not resize my image" to 640x480 (recommended for forums) or 800x600 (max. on Nomad). You click on the little arrow
to see the size choices.
Click "Choose images" and select the photos you want to put on Nomad from your Pictures folder.
Click on the image you want on Nomad and click on "Share" at the top of the screen.
Choose "Hotlinks for forums" (down next to the last one). You can click the little box at the right end of the link and it is now saved on your mouse.
Go to Nomad and paste that link onto the place where you are typing on Nomad. You can put text in below the photo for a caption or your post and if
you double space between photo links (for clarity), you can put several photos and captions in a single post on Nomad. You can click "Preview" on
Nomad to check and see how it will look before posting to the board.
If you need to fix a post after it is done, click on "Edit" along the edge of your post, and change or delete your post. If you edit more than once,
you can delete the previous Edited on tags so only one edit tag will appear after you edit the post.

What is that vehicle? Surely you weren't driving a go-cart with a winch on the front!
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

It’s a ‘91 Daihatsu HiJet 4X4 Mini Truck 660CC 40Mpg! Goes 90kmph, weighs 700Kg, range 400Km has glass windows, heat, AC and cost $5k with all the
add ons, springs, lift kit, Bumpers, winch, lights and 2 sets of tires. (Beach tires not shown!) it has a real truck frame and real drive components!
(No chains, belts and pulleys!)
It plays nice on narrow Mexican roads. The right side drive let’s you watch the drop off! The soldiers at all the checkpoints love it too! It’s
the wife’s she loves it too, I’m just the chauffeur with privileges!

If you’re mechanical inclined buy one from Japan, Daihatsu HiJet is made by Toyota. That one cost $2700. I did the work myself and registered it in
SD. That makes it street legal in the US. But generally not Freeway legal as it only goes about 60mph. The bumper is a modified CJ front bumper. A
base Gator is $13K!

Thanks for the info! I'll bet that guy with larger tires would be a cool beach rig. What size rims and bolt pattern will fit that mini-truck?

I've stopped in at that restaurant, last time 2019 February. Myself and 3 other riders were freezing from the wind and warmed up with some good
coffee.
Nice to know they are upgrading. I'll make it a point for my chase crew to swing in there for lunch this April.

Was it good coffee? My only complaint the last couple of times I ate there, is that they served me instant coffee!

It was good. The four of us were frozen and watching the pot perc on the stove while warming up was just the ticket.

Follow up on our return to “Stalag Joe” the wait at the West Calexico crossing on Saturday at 14:30 was about 35 min and gas was slightly cheaper
in Mexico if you pay in cash with dollars. Current best price in SoCal is $3.05 and rising the ARCO at Salton Sea was $4.09!
