What's the status of the marina(s) in Santa Rosalia, BCS?

I think it's been about 3-5 years since I considered cruising over to Santa Rosalia from San Carlos, Sonora.

At that time, there were a litany of issues that made me and others decide against it. Most notably:

-supposedly the fuel dock in the harbor was not in operation; it was gas cans and taxis.

-there were no hotel rooms available as the price of copper had skyrocketed, the mines were re-opened and the workers were living in the hotels

-people were unsure if there were any slips available at the older marina inside or the newer one (Fontanur?) to the outside by the ferry dock (which,
BTW, is no longer running).

Anyone have any experience with the situation in the Santa Rosalia harbor area in the last, say, 1-3 months?

We did a boating trip from your location (San Carlos) to Loreto in June 2015.

Landed at SR on the cross over. Pulled up to the newer docks. There was a big Navy boat right behind us. Can't remember if we filled up at the dock
or not. I know a panga brought us gas the next morning when we were anchored near the mouth of the Mulege River.

I'd be very interested to know the current info as well.

A bit off topic but interesting -

The Navy boat in your photo, #1412, is the same boat that checked on Graham's status/safety a few days ago on his recent island trip . The same Navy
vessel is in his photos on his Facebook page.

From Graham's FB post -

FWIW !

It appears I was last inquiring in 2016. My, how time flies.

Still looking for info from the past few months.

ADDENDUM: Just got done talking on our local cruisers net. They are at least reporting that the fuel dock is open.

We drove past Marina Fonatur in Santa Rosalia on 1/23. There were slips available. The marina will respond to telephone calls. The "old" marina was
destroyed in Hurricane Odile, 9/2014. There is a gas station directly across the street from Fonatur, if the fuel dock is unavailable.

Last spring: Clean facilities, open slips, open fuel dock, easy hotel reservations(with deposit) at Hotel El Morro.
