checking covid vaccine cards
A German friend would like to fly to Baja and then drive to the U.S.
afterwards.
She's wondering if customs is asking for proof of vaccines from non
U.S. citizens.
Has anyone had any direct experience with this?

There is no point that a covid injection of genetic experiment vaccine is required either on a trip to Baja or to USA either by car, walking or by
plane.
There is no entry point that a vaccine test is required to arrive in Baja by plane, car or walk, or to drive or walk into USA.

Friends told me that at SY land border CBP sometimes ask for traveler to attest to vaccine status,… and occasionally they ask to see proof.
Woke!
“...ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.” “My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America
will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”

Paul,
You are wrong. Again.

x2. Uninformed. US require proof of vaccination of foreigners on land crossings since opening the border on Nov 8, 2021. On air arrivals US require
testing results, either fresh negative or old positive (regardless of citizenship).
Also, leaving Mexico by air the airline may require testing again, type of test depends on the destination country.

this is my understanding as well, but hoping to find out how it is being handled in practice.

Someone on here just reported they drove back across and weren't asked about vax status.
Maybe they are doing it case by case as Goat suggested.

Last I heard, they never have asked U.S. citizens (since they cannot deny your return to your home country). It is non-U.S. citizens they can ask for
proof.

Border Patrol won't ask if you are a U.S citizen, but I believe if you are a foreigner you will be asked.

It is actually CBP (Customs) who is at the border crossing, and since you are an informed traveler, you must know that a passport is the document you
present to the officer when you pull up to the booth. That document (or similar proof) is how he knows you are a U.S. citizen.
Before the passport requirement was initiated a few years ago, the officers ALWAYS asked (first) what country we were citizens of.

I crossed their border 3 times in the past 3 months. On two occasions they asked whether I'm vaccinated - after seeing Canadian passport. Didn't ask
to show the proof. Like Dirty Harry says - do you feel lucky?

Your belief is correct. Only foreigners are required to have a proof of vaccination.

Ivermectin is proven to be effective globally against a variety of issues including covid type infections. It is commonly used prophylactically and
also prescribed commonly for early use against covid symptoms in Mexico.
Ivermectin has a long history, as safe, commonly used medicine with little to no risk when used as prescribed, it is also very affordable.
USA is one of a few countries that does not prescribe Ivermectin for a variety of prophylactic and early infection treatments, and even prohibits its
use, even though hundreds of studies show efficacy.
In USA under Fauci and CDC, Remdesevir is among the only treatments for covid type infection and that drug has proven to cause more than 35% deaths
from distinct negative responses, Kidney failure, Hypertension, water retention flooding lungs resulting in death.
Remdesevir has been proven to be harmful in almost every study, it's use is being investigated as in intentionally harmful.

I know this is hard for you to understand:
- Ppl can be pro vax and anti-mandate
- You can realize it is a very severe illness and not want to shut down society, but instead do things to protect the vulnerable
I mean, the last time I checked only about a quarter of 5-11 yo's were vaxxed. And that is after the huge uptick in case counts from Omicron. Are
the 75% of ppl who choose to not get their kids vaxx'd evil anti-vaxxers?
I've never promoted Ivermectin. But have said we need to make more investment/research into the monoclonal antibody therapeutics. Why the hell
wouldn't we?
I've also said from the beginning it was tragic to keep kids out of school. And also very bad to force them to wear masks for 8 hours a day,
especially younger kids who need to develop emotionally.
With what has come out over the last 4-6 months and continues to come out, this has pretty much all been proven to be true. Many studies saying just
that.
If you want to get vaxxed get vaxxed. If you want your kids to get vaxxed, get them vaxxed. If you want to wear a mask until the end of time, do
it.
Just don't take away the choice from others. I've told you this before, I think you are putting your kids in a lot higher risk by raising them in
Baja. But I think it is really great that you are raising them down there. And I'm certainly not gonna judge you on it.

JZ, and Gnukid, you clearly understand Doctors much more qualified to provide reliable information of the effectiveness of Ivermectin than old
woke’s who always drink the koolaid passed around by the media “experts”.
