| House sitter

 Hey,

Is anyone interested or know of a reliable website to look for a house sitter? I am going back to the states to pick up a car and visit family from
September 27- October 10 (maybe up to 12). My place is in Todos Santos and will hopefully have starlink setup prior to departure. It's probably a 10
minute walk to the beach at most and you can use all the cold air you want from the mini splits upstairs (:

The timing looks like it would work well for my next Baja run, but I have a dog that travels with me. We have done that once before with no problems,
so if that's not a deal breaker for you, I would like to talk more about it.

If you prefer U2U, I will watch for a message. Gary (and Bailey)

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!
"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

Try a site called trusted house sitters....or maybe trusted pet sitters....I don't recall as my wife does that chore. We have used them for years
with zero problems.
All sitters are vetted and it has been perfect for us.

| House sitter

I am using Trusted House sitter right now. I got several vetted applicants to care for our dog and house while we are away for a couple weeks. Very
happy that we joined as kenneling our dog was not an option for us.

I recently met a woman who is on the petsitting and housesitting end of the business. Oh boy, the story she tells of the owners / houses is scary!
One had the house way up on a mountain and it was an arduous climb. She told them they had to put that in their description! Another place she
stayed at (this she knew) was on an island she had a 10 minute paddle to. Once, she was so drunk she says she fell out three times and almost
drowned the last time. Bet the owners never considered that possibility!

Hey thanks everyone for your responses, I have a sitter for this current trip thanks to Baja Nomad (:

I appreciate the responses and love the idea of having some contacts for future trips.

Bianca I can absolutely see being a petsitter and house sitter having some crazy stories! Luckily no mountains to climb and no oceans to cross to get
to my place. The island one sounds awesome your friend should consider a life jacket if she is drinking and paddling (: or maybe tesla auto drive
panga.
