$175K Our house is for sale!
I posted once before, but now that we are out, I think it deserves another thread.
We live in a tiny fishing and lobster village called La Bocana, located on the Pacific Ocean, not far from Punta Abreojos.
The house is ejido but in process of getting titled in 2022. Many titles have already been finalized, and price will go up once ours is done too.
2 bedroom 2 bath and a small office. 180* view of the ocean from the front porch and views of the Pacific and the lagoon from the living room.
Currently off the grid and we offer either brand new batteries or running elec from the lines that are not far away.
The house is 100% empty now!

La Bocana boasts a huge supermarket referred to as mini costco
We have a first class restaurant on the Beach open 360 days of the year
It specializes in seafood, esp lobster during the season which ends end of Feb
We have a small health clinic 24/7 365 days of the year
The house has a 2 car garage filled with tools.
New roof.
All the furniture has been removed, the only appliance left is a washer and dryer that will go with the house.
This is a happy house! We have loved it for 10 years now. Moving out of the country is why we are selling.

They have a wonderful house in and amazing location. Nice view, just out of town enough to be by yourself but only minutes to everything. Enjoyed
breakfast and the view a few years ago. Nice town with everything you need. Good luck

Adonis, do we know each other? Thanks for the boost, the house is on the market! Some family will be really happy there, It is just to the side of
town, so very quiet - cannot even hear the roosters, just the sound of the waves sometimes, or the wind or, of course, the sound of silence.

That house super as you know it takes long time to sell in Mexico. You will get the right buyer . In my area north Baja in last two months. Dirt lots
and super expensive homes and houses needed big time tear down . Have sold like crazy and crazy money. as they have been for sale 10 years or more .
San Vicente and Erindia area and north 10 miles. So wishing this boom heads your way. Ahh and yes 90% people from states.

It will sell and will make someone as happy as we were! The best part is that we are keeping the hotel so that we always have a place to go to when
we return for visits.

Wish I had the money to throw your way to make that my fishing outpost and SF summer heat get away. It was cool hanging out there a couple times this
last November fishing and meeting you guys, glad I was able to make it happen before you left and Shari, I promise you are next.
Think I may make that area an annual late season fishing trip to restock the freezer with fish for the winter.

That sounds like a plan! and visiting Shari is a must - be sure to be there on a Saturday or Sunday so as to go for tacos at Don Ramon's! I sure
wish you had the extra cash to buy our house too, I want it to go to someone who is going to love it as much as we did!

Don Ramon’s is a must when visiting BA, usually only open on Saturday and Sunday but not always. (After all, it is Meh-hee-co!). But in addition,
while visiting Bahía Asunción you’ve gotta try the Casita de Hamburguesas behind the Sapa office, usually open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
nights. Saul make the best burgers and fries this side of Valhalla.

Hi Blanca. I think you mentioned a ways back that the lot in front of this home was for sale as well. Is this from another seller? Do you have even a
remote idea of how much the owner might want? I think getting both would be great for the future. Looks amazing. Been a few years since I've been
down and I sure miss it.

True.
Title being processed but not in would be a deal breaker for me, generally.
Buyer needs to buy front lot.

Waterbug - I never saw this question, so sorry.
We own the lot in front as well as one in back and all are included in the 175K.
Titles for many, many lots are being processed! Yahooo, it takes time but will be done one of these days.

Blanca, is your bed & breakfast or accomodations ('hotel') being operated in your absence? I would like to have the info as I make final edits to
the Baja Bound Road Guide.
