La Paz, Baja California Sur (OEM-Informex).- Tourist service providers dedicated to watching Gray Whales in Laguna Ojo de Liebre, Laguna San Ignacio and Bahía Magdalena, denounced that SEMARANT has cut permits by up to 70% without explanation involved, which puts the livelihood of hundreds of families that depend directly or indirectly on this activity at risk; Some have not received any permission even when the season started on January 1st.
